Hosting and domain are yours, paid directly to your provider (usually $10–15/month for hosting, ~$12/year for a domain). Those bills are separate from our fee — you keep the keys.

Prices are in USD. Payments are handled through PayPal (invoice). We use a 50% deposit to start and the remaining 50% on delivery — but the free mockup and the first conversation come before any money moves. Not sure which fits? Ask — we'll tell you honestly, even if the answer is the cheaper one.

The things people ask first.
Do I really own everything?
Yes. You pay for your hosting and domain on your own account, and you keep the finished site files. We're not a platform that locks you in. If you ever want to edit or move it, you can.
Why is it cheaper than an agency?
Because our build team is AI, working fast under human review. You get agency-quality pages without the agency overhead. We'd rather tell you that plainly than pretend otherwise.
How long does it take?
A one-page site is usually delivered in 2–4 days. A five-page brochure site in about a week, depending on revisions.
What if I don't like it?
That's why the mockup comes first, before you pay. You approve the direction before any money changes hands. After delivery, one round of revisions is included on the brochure plan.

Can you do online payments or logins?
Not yet — our current sites are static brochure and landing pages. If you need a store or customer accounts, we'll say so and point you to the right tool instead of overselling.
